System flags documents about component pascal?

I'm currently study the compiler of blackbox, and found lots codes
deal with the sysflags, which can't be found in the component pascal
language reports. I have found some document about sysflags in
blackbox's help. There is any other documents in the world?

sysflags are inherently platform specific.
In the BlackBox online help look under

"Platform-Specific Issues"

and if you are working under Windows you will get
the document

"Platform-Specific Issues (Windows)".
