Oberon MacOSX Keyboard Problem

Hi,

I just installed the latest build of Oberon 2.3.8a for MacOSX and
running it on 10.3.

Everything seems to work ok, but Umlaute handling of the keyboard is
reversed. Whenever I type a key like 'o' I actually get the Umlaut. If
I use OPTION-o I get the actual 'o' character. This is true for all
characters.

I changed the KeyboardLayout from "de" to "us" but that doesn't seem to
have an effect.

Anyone know what the problem might be? I have not seen this in earlier
releases.

Hmm... I get the same problem. Only I cannot get the actual 'o'
character by pressing the OPTION-o key sequence. I also changed the
Keyboard Layout from "de" to "en" and "en_US" and saw no affect. Would
be happy to help test fix, send email to mhamrick at cryptonomicon dot
net.
