Great. One last question:

In BB faq it says (for install from bootable CD): '..execute
Desktops.OpenDoc CD:AosInst.Tool ~ and follow the instructions..' what
does it mean? Execue
my ignorance woth Oberon system..

Ha ! Reminds me of the first time I couldn't read S3 documentation,
because I didn't know how to scroll down, 'in order to read how to
scroll down' !

With:
Desktops.OpenDoc CD:AosInst.Tool ~
Desktops.OpenDoc is the command; which will open a viewer.
CD:AosInst.Tool is the argument of the command.
And " ~ " is the terminator for a (possble) list of arguments.

To 'execute' the command in S3, you point with the mouse
to the command (Desktops.OpenDoc) and press the middle
mouse-button. And expect to see a new viewer called ' CD:AosInst.Tool '.
If you don't have a 3 button mouse, perhaps you can use the <Ctrl>
key ?

== Chris Glur.

PS. I don't use Aos.
Apaprently the CD is mounted 'as CD:'

Try to 'execute':
System.Directory *.Tool ~
which does exactly what you would expect.

One more question. I do not have a network card in the PC, is it possible
use PPP over a dial-up line?

Thanks in advance.

It should. That's what PPP was originally designed to do.

Let me put it this way.

I've done it. As I recall, it was with Oberon System 3 under Windows, using the
Windows PPP stack, but I don't remember the details.
