I use it only very occasionally these days. However I might be using it a
bit more early next year as I have developed a lightweight IDE for use with
Component Pascal for .NET and am considering extending it with explicit
support for POW!. I haven't tried it with POW! yet but just this week, a
beta-tester reported that he had some initial success. For a screenshot see:

Sorry I don't understand the meaning of explicit support.
Apart the different target (.NET) and language(CP) isn't your IDE an
alternative to POW?

BTW your work looks promising!

Thanks!

I have tried to keep CPIde relatively generic so that it could be easily
adapted to other Oberon systems (XDS perhaps, as well as POW!). There
probably is not too much involved. There are some relatively minor things
like default values (e.g. the name of the compiler, name of the 'make'
program, CP doesn't need a 'project' file etc.). Also, CPIde has an
Auto-capitalisation feature that automatically converts Oberon keywords to
uppercase as you type them. Currently it recognises a few extra words used
by CP that are not relevant to POW. Presumably, POW has a few extra words of
its own as well.

In addition, some areas of the Help file and other documentation which
currently refer to CP would need to be adapted.

Further to my previous reply, CPIde has now been released and you can
download a trial copy from:

http://www.cfbsoftware.com/cpide

If you have any feedback on how it can be usefully adapted to better support
POW! email me directly at the CFB Software technical support address listed
in the help file.
