new bugfixed pow release

Hello.
It seems that most of the people in this newsgroup doesn't know about
new bugfixed release of pow.

It's available for download at http://web.t-online.hu/edesignweb/

This version is not from three files, so no difficulties with "insert
second disk" bug

It will be good if oberon related sites authors update their links to
pow, because it is almost impossible to find a new version :)
