I'm interested in the Oberon language. Where should I start?

I seek suggestions for a good compiler with source code. Also I require
a reference manual or recipe book.

I used this when I started :

As example code.

There is some good documentation on Wikibooks:
https://en.wikibooks.org/wiki/Oberon

The ETH mailing list is also quite active.
